Disable Discount and Overcharge on Shops

This mod will disable discount or overcharge on selected NPC Shops & marketshops.

To enable the feature, there’s an additional field while defining NPC shops or marketshops, it’s “flag”

-%TAB%shop%TAB%<NPC Name>%TAB%<sprite id>{,<flag>},<itemid>:<price>{,<itemid>:<price>...}
<map name>,<x>,<y>,<facing>%TAB%shop%TAB%<NPC Name>%TAB%<sprite id>{,<flag>},<itemid>:<price>{,<itemid>:<price>...}

<map name>,<x>,<y>,<facing>%TAB%marketshop%TAB%<NPC Name>%TAB%<sprite id>{,<flag>},<itemid>:<price>:<quantity>{,<itemid>:<price>:<quantity>...}

Which the valid values are:

<flag> in shop and marketshop
1: Disable discount.
2: Disable overcharge.
3: Disable discount and overcharge.
